“…I am very pleased with the results I have with them...despite the late start and partial season, Vantage Resort Realty has already gotten twice the rental income for me that my last company had gotten. More importantly, my condo is always well taken care of and clean.
I truly enjoy working with Darci. I feel like she really looks out for me and has an active interest in making sure my condo is rented. She has been very accommodating when I need to get in the condo to make changes (for example, I was there this past weekend to replace an a/c unit in the bedroom). Darci is very professional, pleasant, and great to work with. When working with both Darci and Brooke, I feel like they see me as a person, not just a unit number. This has been very important in establishing a great working relationship -- I feel like they know me and care. They always answer any questions I have, and as I mentioned earlier have gotten great results and take good care of my condo.
I learned about Vantage from a letter mailing. Before Vantage Resort Realty, I was using (local competitor - name removed) for two years; first for mini-week rental program and the next year for the week-to-week rental program. While they were nice, they did not go the extra mile that I think Vantage does. They knew me as my unit number/address and did not make the effort to establish a more personal relationship. Moreover, I had less rental results with (local competitor - name removed) than I had with Vantage and I found more little things amiss or missing after the summers with (local competitor - name removed) than I have with the clientele that Vantage attracts. While these were very minor things like a pillow and a plastic colander and the like, I have had nothing missing during my Vantage Resort rentals.
In summary, my experience with Vantage Resort Realty has been just fantastic. I really like Darci and find her a pleasure to work with!
