Be at the center of everything Ocean City. The beach, Boardwalk, rides and more are all just steps away. This nicely decorated 3 Bedroom - 2.5 baths Luxury Condominium feels like paradise! All 3 Bedrooms as well as the Living room have access to a huge balcony which has views of the beach, Ocean City and the bay from the 7th floor. This view is amazing. Enjoy sunrises from your balcony and sunsets from the living room and dining room. The kitchen has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances with center island seating. Lots of improvements have been made for the 2013 rental season including new paint, décor and bedding. Relax in the Living room while watching the flat screen TV over the gas fireplace. The Master Bedroom has 2 Queen beds and an attached bathroom with jetted spa tub and separate shower. All bedrooms have flat screen TV's. The laundry Room has a stackable washer/dryer. Wi-Fi is included at no additional cost. After a day out take a swim in the roof top pool or relax in the sauna. It is just a short walk on the Boardwalk to the Inlet area, rides, restaurants and more. This is the place to be in Ocean City. Don't miss out. Don’t worry about parking, we got it covered, literally, a gated parking garage with 2 parking passes are included. Non-smoking. No pets, please.



This property is only available for a weekly rental with a Saturday check-in dates and FlexStay (check-in any day of the week - 3 or 4 night minimum) during the off-season. Please call and speak with a Vacation Coordinator to confirm when the off-season begins for this property.
