Pick your pleasure.... For everything Ocean City has to offer, this Luxury Condo on the boardwalk is the only way to experience your resort vacation. Everything is setup for convenience and enjoyment at your home away from home. Start by checking in at the convenient on-site office. Then park in the 2 reserved parking spots in the gated garage right next to the unit (this means no fighting with carts or elevators to unload everything into the room). Unit 307 is 2 stories and over 1400 square feet. The kitchen is fully outfitted including stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Better yet, there are 2 balconies (the upper balcony has a partial ocean view). Both main bedrooms have queen sized beds and there is a small sleeping area for kids with twin sized bunk beds. The Sleeper sofa in living room is also queen sized. Belmont Towers has an outdoor salt water pool, sun deck and rooftop putting green. Looking for something else to do? It is just steps away from the Boardwalk and beach, and a short walk to pier, inlet, and rides.
This property is only available for a weekly rental with a Saturday check-in dates between June 15th to Sept. 30, 2013 and FlexStay (check-in any day of the week, 3- or 4-night minimum) during the off-season. Please call and speak with a Vacation Coordinator to confirm when the off-season begins for this property.
PLEASE NOTE: Our properties do not allow group rentals to guests under the age of 25. Therefore, online bookings for group rentals will not be honored.
Check-in is 3:00-5:00 PM. Check-out is 10:00 AM. Guests will receive an email with check-in instructions 8 days prior to arrival, including steps for late arrival. Guests who book last-minute will get check-in instructions once their reservation is confirmed.
Linens are NOT included (sheets/towels). Guests have the option of bringing linens or purchasing Linen Service for an additional charge (please let us know no later than 7 days prior). Linen Service may not be an option in the case of last-minute bookings. Soaps, detergents, cleaning supplies, trash bags, and paper products (paper towels, toilet paper, napkins) are NOT included. Be sure to add those to your grocery list.

Hello, Is the bedrooms in #307 downstairs and does the 3rd bedroom sleeping area with the bunk beds have any privacy? Is the TV's in both bedrooms and living room and nothing in the sleeping area? Are all TV's hooked up to cable? Do you enter on the 3rd level to living room and kitchen area and is the partial ocean view off of living room? Thank you

In unit 307 the entry floor includes the kitchen, dining area, living room, laundry room, 1/2 bath and a balcony. Downstairs there are 2 bedrooms with full baths and a small enclosed sleeping area. There is a separate balcony off the lower floor.
What is a security deposit waiver? Will the 60.00 come back to my account after I stay?

The answer to your question is,No, the $60 Security Deposit Protection Fee is non-refundable. This fee protects you for up to $1,500 in coverage against accidental damage to your property. However, this damage must be reported to Vantage staff as soon as it occurs. Certain pet-friendly properties may also charge a non-refundable Pet Fee, while others require a separate Pet Security Deposit that is exclusive of the damage waiver/security deposit for the unit itself. Finally, there are select properties in our inventory (such as group rentals) that do require a traditional Security Deposit. This deposit is refundable to guests within 30 days of check-out, as long as the rental is left in good condition and there are no charges for excessive housekeeping or maintenance.

Are there TV'S in all bedrooms? The balcony looking towards Kohrs Ice cream is seperate from any bedroom?

Floor 1 (entry floor): Dining Area, Kitchen, Living room with Queen Sleep Sofa, laundry room, 1/2 bath. Balcony off of living room with very small view.
Floor 2 (downstairs): Bedroom 1 with private bath, Bedroom 2 with private bath, Small sleeping area with bunks under the stairs. Balcony off 2 larger bedrooms.
The bedrooms with the two queen beds has TV's. The room with the bedbunks doesn't have a TV. There is 3 TV's in the unit.

Does this unit have any beach items provided...beach chairs, towels, beach toys? We would be traveling from out of state & do not have any of these items.

You should bring them yourself. During the in season you can rent beach equipment right on the beach.

Greetings! Here is the cancellation policy from the Belmont Towers lodging agreement:
In the event, a Guest requests cancellation of this Agreement, Vantage will return the Property to the rental market and use the same efforts to re-rent the Property as Vantage uses for other properties. Under such circumstances: (a) if Vantage is able to re-rent this Property for the same dates of stay for the same amount or greater, Guest will be entitled to a refund of all amounts paid under this Agreement, less a $150.00 service charge ("Cancellation Fee."); (b) if Vantage is able to re-rent this Property for the same dates of stay, but only for a lesser amount, Guest will be entitled to a refund of all amounts paid under this Agreement, less the $150.00 Cancellation Fee, and less the difference between the amount of the original booking and the amount for which Vantage was able to re-rent the Property; and (c) if Vantage is unable to re-rent this Property for the same dates of stay, Guest will forfeit the full rental amount called for under this Agreement.
