Three private parking spaces (one in garage) are available on the property. Additional on-street parking is also available.
This home is non-smoking and no pets are allowed. All summer rentals are booked on a weekly basis with Saturday check-in. Off-season rentals have a 3 night minimum. The primary renter must be at least 25 years of age, and staying on the premises during the rental period. No toiletries are included in the rental.
