One of the best aspects of this property is its convenient location in Downtown Ocean City, making it easy to enjoy the area's top attractions without having to battle traffic. Head to the beach and north end of the Boardwalk (3 blocks), and then walk or catch the Boardwalk tram (fee associated) to the amusement rides, shops, and restaurants concentrated on the south end towards the Inlet. This is a great spot to be if you're in town during popular event weekends, such as Cruisin' OC, Endless Summer Cruisin', Springfest, Sunfest, OC Bikefest, and Wine on the Beach. Guests can also take advantage of Ocean City's ride-all-day bus fare, with bus stops at just about every block along Coastal Highway. When you're ready for a bite to eat, there are a number of fantastic restaurants within a few blocks of Harbour Towne that feature fresh seafood, drinks, and live entertainment. Fish Tales (located at Bahia Marina - 2 blocks away) is a local favorite and has a great little sandy beach and playground for the kids. Also nearby you'll find dozens of other restaurants and activities, such as Embers, Phillips Crab House, Layton's, Anthony's Carryout, Old Pro Golf, and Jolly Roger Amusement & Water Park (6 blocks).
This is a Mini-Week property available for Friday and Monday check-ins with a 3- or 4-night minimum stay in-season. Off-season FlexStays available - 3-night minimum stay with Anyday check-in.
PLEASE NOTE: Our properties do not allow group rentals to guests under the age of 25. Therefore, online bookings for group rentals will not be honored.
Check-in is 3:00-5:00 PM. Check-out is 10:00 AM. Guests will receive an email with check-in instructions 8 days prior to arrival, including steps for late arrival. Guests who book last-minute will get check-in instructions once their reservation is confirmed.
Linens are NOT included (sheets/towels). Guests have the option of bringing linens or purchasing Linen Service for an additional charge (please let us know no later than 7 days prior). Linen Service may not be an option in the case of last-minute bookings. Soaps, detergents, cleaning supplies, trash bags, and paper products (paper towels, toilet paper, napkins) are NOT included. Be sure to add those to your grocery list.
