As a pet-friendly property, guests also have the ability to bring their furry family members along for the fun ($150 non-refundable pet fee required). Any ongoing disturbance from any Vantage guests pet to other tenants staying in the unit, will result in a warning followed by eviction(non refunded) of Vantage guest if needed. Non-smoking.
Conveniently located just a short drive or bike ride from the beach in Fenwick Island and North Ocean City (2 miles), Mallard Cove is in a great spot for taking advantage of nearby attractions. Enjoy dozens of popular restaurants, such as The Lobster Shanty and Captain Mac's Fish House (both a block away), Harpoon Hanna's, Papa Grande's, Catch 54, and Mancini's Brick Oven Pizzaria. Spend an afternoon splashing around at the nearby Thunder Lagoon Water Park, tour the historic Fenwick Island Lighthouse, or challenge your family to a round of putt-putt at Viking Golf. Or if a peaceful stay-cation is more of what you're looking for, there are plenty of activities right here at home. Head downstairs to swim in Mallard Cove's outdoor pool (open seasonally), kayak in the bay, or fish and crab right off of the community pier.
This property is only available for a weekly rental with a Saturday check-in dates and FlexStay (check-in any day of the week - 3 or 4 night minimum) during the off-season. Please call and speak with a Vacation Coordinator to confirm when the off-season begins for this property.
PLEASE NOTE: Our properties do not allow group rentals to guests under the age of 25. Therefore, online bookings for group rentals will not be honored.
Check-in is 3:00-5:00 PM. Check-out is 10:00 AM. Guests will receive an email with check-in instructions 8 days prior to arrival, including steps for late arrival. Guests who book last-minute will get check-in instructions once the reservation is confirmed.
Linens are NOT included (sheets/towels). Guests have the option of bringing linens or purchasing Linen Service for an additional charge (please let us know no later than 7 days prior). Linen Service may not be an option in the case of last-minute bookings. Soaps, detergents, cleaning supplies, trash bags, and paper products (paper towels, toilet paper, napkins) are NOT included. Be sure to add those to your grocery list.
