Located on the top two floors of the building, this property has balconies and floor-to-ceiling windows on both sides for panoramic views of both the ocean and the bay. The unit recently was updated with new dining room, balcony, and living room furniture, plus flat screen TVs in the living room & downstairs bedroom. Both bedrooms have king size beds, with the bottom floor bed having the option of separating into two twin beds. Living room also has two new sleeper sofas (full). Additional amenities include a fully equipped kitchen (including dishwasher & microwave), washer/dryer, central A/C, and free WiFi. No Phone. Sorry, no smoking and no pets, please. Indoor Pool, Sauna & Fitness Room Take the elevator downstairs and you're just steps from the ocean and beach. Guests of Century I also have access to great facilities, such as Indoor Pool, Oceanfront Sun Deck, and fully-renovated Gym with Sauna. A variety of restaurants & attractions are conveniently located within walking distance, including Liquid Assets, Trattoria Lombardi's, Ocean City Public Library & more. Also just a short drive or bus ride away from the Boardwalk area in S. OC, and beautiful Northside Park in N. OC (126th St) - which is host to lots of fun events throughout the year and features a fishing/crabbing pier, huge playground, and peaceful walking paths. This property is only available for a weekly rental with a Saturday check-in dates and FlexStay (check-in any day of the week, 3- or 4-night minimum) during the off-season. $30 Non-Refundable Building Registration Fee is due upon arrival at the Century building (CASH ONLY). 1-car parking included. 2nd car parking is available for $10.00/night or $50.00/week on a first-come, first-served basis. Check-in is 3:00-5:00 PM. Check-out is 10:00 AM. Guests will receive an email with check-in instructions 8 days prior to arrival, including steps for late arrival. Guests who book last-minute will get check-in instructions once the reservation is confirmed. Linens are NOT included (sheets/towels). Guests have the option of bringing linens or purchasing Linen Service for an additional charge (please let us know no later than 7 days prior). Linen Service may not be an option in the case of last-minute bookings. Soaps, detergents, cleaning supplies, trash bags, and paper products (paper towels, toilet paper, napkins) are NOT included. Be sure to add those to your grocery list. On Departure remove ALL bed linens (Sheets and Pillow cases ONLY), Bath Towels, Washcloths, and Kitchen Towels and place them in the bags provided by the Linen Company and place them near the front door.
