This beautiful Sunset Island town home has 4 full bedrooms, 3 full baths and 2 half baths. The home is an end unit with 2 wrap-around porches, a private dining porch off the kitchen, and a small balcony off the 4th floor bedroom (private suite). The property is only one block away from Sunset Island's private bayside beach, the clubhouse with indoor and outdoor pools, the interactive fountains, and the general store. The kitchen is fully equipped with a large dining area that seats 10 easily. The bedrooms are beautifully furnished with high end bedding and a full-size crib is available. The 2-car garage and driveway provide ample parking. Beach toys and bicycles are available for guest use. You will enjoy every square foot of this home, including the free Wi-Fi!

Bayside Condo and Resort in Sunset Island. This 37 Acre Gated Community is a private island community located on 67th Street. The condo and the community are perfect for a family to spend a relaxing week at the beach. Two blocks to the Ocean, Dining, Mini Golf, OC Bus, and Stores. The Community features: Indoor Pool, Outdoor Pool, Three Private Beaches, Fitness Center, Boat Slips, Crabbing Pier, Island Cafe/Pool Bar, General Store, 24 Hour Security With Gated Access, and Interactive Fountain.



This property is only available during the peak season for a weekly rental with a Saturday check-in dates. FlexStays (check-in any day of the week - 3 or 4 night minimum) are available during the off-season. Please call and speak with a Vacation Coordinator or see the "Rates" tab to confirm the off-season schedule for this property.


PLEASE NOTE: Our properties do not allow group rentals to guests under the age of 25. Therefore, online bookings for group rentals will not be honored.


Building Registration Fee: $110 gets you 6 facility & 3 parking passes. Additional facility passes are $70 per pass, per person per week. An additional $100 Surcharge will be added to SSI Registration Fee for ALL Rentals during Bike Week and H2o Week.

Amazing Stay!

"This is our second time staying at this home. The owners must be giving extra care to this property, and guests appreciate it. Fresh clean carpets, newly painted walls. We enjoyed additional new electronics, hammock on the deck. The bikes in the garage were again ready for rides on this exclusive island and beyond. Everything we needed for the beach was ready for us to pick up and go. We cooked on the grill outside, and enjoyed frozen drinks in the rocking chairs on the decks. We know how much time it takes to find the right place to enjoy the time at the beach, and are glad we found this home we can count on for our future trips."

"We LOVE Sunset Island. 2nd year renting through Vantage. Helpful and pleasant staff that go above and beyond to make your vacation one to remember! We would stay at 30 Island Edge Drive every year! A Wonderful Experience!

"

I cannot stop reliving the wonderful housing accommodations and all the amenities within walking distance of this property.  Let me describe this lovely four level house with a garage and four porches.  Level one consists of a foyer, sitting room and a powder room.  The carpeted stairs leads to a huge kitchen/eating area with seating for 8-10 people.  You can eat inside or outside on the adjacent porch.  Across from the kitchen is a beautifully decorated living room with super comfortable sofas and chair.  It is obvious that the house has been professionally decorated; I was able to read and rock on the wraparound porch off of the living room (heavenly). There are three individually decorated bedrooms on the third level.  You should see the master bedroom and bath.  I loved the upper bedroom with the private bath and porch...so private and cozy.  Staying at this house is an experience you must have!!!

Lovely and Lively Labor Day Weekend!

"

This house is lovely and very well maintained.  The rooms are large enough to accommodate a big family - but a smaller family would find them very comfortable and inviting. Kitchen has everything you need including a balcony perfect for your morning coffee or evening cocktail.  We were very pleased with the community pools and the close proximity of the beach.  The Community Association had a Labor Day celebration one afternoon which offered free food, drinks and musical entertainment - later they had a fireworks display.  It was very easy to find the house - right off the main road in Ocean City.  Restaurants are within walking distance.  My family will definitely rent this house again.

Perfect rental!

Our stay at 30 Island Edge Drive was nothing short of spectacular!  The accommodations were spacious and clean, and the location was perfect...just a short walk from the fabulous Ocean City beach and lots of shops and restaurants.  The community's many extras including indoor and outdoor pools, a private beach, a walking path around the island, a restaurant right on the water's edge -  fabulous food, by the way - and fountain park were simply icing on the cake.  We found the house to be very quiet at night as well.  We would not hesitate to stay in this rental again!!

Beautiful home

"We loved this home. Had all my children and grandchildren there. Home is as beautiful as pictures. The garage had plenty of beach supplies. Would stay again this year but prefer coming on Sunday because of husbands golf tournament., and would like more bedrooms. Absolutely no complaints about the house. Would not order linen supply again. They weren't there and when they came they weren't put on beds and we were still short towels. The other complaint would be not enough room for parking. 3 spaces but we had 3 large cars and they barely fit. The facility passes were annoying. These homes sleep 12 and you only get 6. If you could pay another $100.00 for 6 more that would be great; but $75@ is ridiculous. We did love the house !! "

QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS CONCERNING THIS PROPERTY

I am renting this house in a few weeks and wanted to confirm that there are atleast 4 adult beach chairs for guest use. Also, are there any kid beach chairs available? Thank you in advance

Are there any beach umbrellas? If not, how much do they rent for? Thanks

Hello-I am unsure if there are any beach umbrellas at the property. Beach umbrellas are not available to rent on Sunset Island's private beach, however, umbrella rentals are available on our public beaches about every 3 blocks, from the inlet down to 142nd street. I believe it is $10 for the day.
