Condo Package: Facility Passes - 6 for the pools, clubhouse & gym. Parking: 1 Green Garage parking pass with unit # marked on pass and in the garage, 1 Yellow Clamshell pass to park in the clamshell beds around the island. **No parking on Asphalt.
Townhouse & Single Family Package: Facility Passes - 6 for the pools, clubhouse & gym. Parking: 3 Green Garage parking passes to be used in the garage at the house or the pad outside of the garage. **No Parking on Asphalt or Clamshells with green parking pass
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:
1. What is the maximum occupancy for the unit being rented? Condo - 8 (includes children of all ages). Townhouse or Single Family - 12 (includes children of all ages).
2. Is there any additional parking available or for sale? One additional clamshell pass can be purchased for $70. There is also a public parking lot just before you get to the Sunset Island guard shack where you can park for a daily or weekly rate. Please contact Sunset Island staff to purchase additional passes.
3. Why don't I get a pass for clamshell parking with my package? Clamshell parking is included only in condo packages because they only get 1 garage pass.
4. Can I buy a "day pass" for parking? We do not have "day passes" but one clamshell pass may be purchased for $70.

We are interested in your property but have a question about facility passes. We will have 6 adults going but we have a baby who will be 10 mo old. Do we need to buy a facility pass for the baby too?

The policy for Sunset Island is that children 3 & under do not need a pool pass and children 2 & under are not permitted in the outside Big pool.
They are however permitted in the outside baby pool and they are permitted in the inside pool.

Hello, My family will be renting your property @ 37 FDW 4E and we were wondering what specific amenities this condo had. For instance, in the storage closet will there be beach chairs, umbrellas, etc for use? What type of coffee maker is available so we know to bring either beans or pods. Also, will we be getting a more detailed amenities list before arrival? Thank you for your help, Jae N

Thanks very much for reaching out! This home has a standard drip coffee maker plus an iron, Wi-Fi, two TVs and a DVD player. The property record doesn't indicate that the the unit includes beach equipment, but you can rent equipment at most beach entrances in-season.
